Optimize Your Nutritional Fitness Journey

Hello and welcome to my blog. I’m B. Stacey, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I have to admit that I’ve struggled trying to attain and maintain good nutritional fitness.

Often times, we tend to get caught up placing a greater importance on appearances than consuming a nutritionally sound diet. We forget that good health actually starts on the inside by getting into good metabolic shape.

It can be so challenging, confusing and complicated, trying to find the right diet to fit individual goals, needs and lifestyles. There are so many different trends and diets out there that it can be overwhelming.

Let me try and help.

I’m not going to give you meal plans, recipes or reinvent the wheel. I am going to share an approach that helped me professionally with clients and personally (although I am the first to admit that I am still very much a work in progress!).

Please join me. Nothing worthwhile is ever easy, but investing time and energy into your health will be worth the effort.

Before making any changes to your usual wellness routine, please make sure to consult with a credentialed and qualified healthcare professional for guidance.

Peace,

B.

About Me

When it was time to choose a major in college, for some reason, I went into business management but quickly realized that was definitely not for me. Feeling lost and abandoned by my usual good sense 😉, I took a basic nutrition class to fulfill a science requirement. Before that semester ended, I had changed my major to nutrition. I went on for my Master’s degree and never looked back. My years of working in teaching hospitals as a clinical nutritionist brought all those science classes to life and helped me to understand and educate others on how nutrition affects the body during times of medical or psychological turmoil. I know from first-hand experience how being poorly educated at the onset of a life-changing diagnosis can cause both physical and emotional challenges. Although I am registered under a different name with my professional organization, I proudly maintain my RDN status and strive to continue to educate on the importance of healthy and well-balanced nutrition.

Peace,

B.
